During a planned outage at a pulp and paper facility, severe degradation was found on the weld seams of a critical turpentine storage tank. Full tank replacement was too costly and would have prolonged the outage significantly. As an alternative, Advanced FRP Systems provided a complete composite carbon fiber refurbishment of the storage tank, rebuilding the tank without extending the outage.
