Project summary:

A facility owner observed some bowing in the block wall that made of the foundation of the building. The bowing was minor but they wanted to make sure that it did not continue and create a major structural issue. After searching online, the owner found carbon fiber solutions for bowing foundation walls and reached out to find a solution. The walls were ground down, primed with 211 HT Saturant, then smoothed with FRP Repair Putty. 2 layers of a high-strength, uni-directional carbon fiber fabric were applied every 2 linear feet from floor to ceiling.
